Shipping policy
Our goal is to provide you with the fastest shipping options.
The shipping time consists of two sections:Processing Time+Shipping Time
Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from the manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received.
Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses.
We use a high-security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and support@doublelighting.com. This extends our processing time to 1-3 Nature Days as we fully verify our customers and fulfill orders.
Note: For package size over 40″, we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 25-35 business days. We will communicate with customers in advance. If the customer’s package is oversized, but want to get the product quickly, you can contact us (support@Doublelighting.com).

*Taxes: All our prices and shipping costs include tax, so you don’t need to pay any tax.
ORDER & TRACKING
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping and this normally takes 1-3 nature days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
Notes:
1) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 nature days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
