Customization Process

  2. Quotation and Timeline: Our team prepares a comprehensive quotation detailing the cost of customization along with an estimated delivery date.
  3. Payment: Customers can proceed with payment using secure methods such as credit card,or bank transfer. To initiate the customization process, a 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the release of the order for shipping.
  4. Design Confirmation: Our skilled designers create detailed drawings of the customized products based on the provided specifications. These drawings are then shared with the customer for thorough review and confirmation.
  5. Production Commences: Once the customer approves the drawings without any objections, we proceed with the production of the customized products. Our team diligently crafts each item to meet the specified requirements.
  6. Quality Assurance: Upon completion of production, we conduct rigorous testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the customized products. We capture videos and pictures to share with the customer, allowing them to confirm the product's adherence to their expectations.
  7. Final Delivery: Once the customer confirms their satisfaction with the customized products, we prepare the order for shipping. The finished items are carefully packaged and delivered to the customer's designated location.
